How long have you been working with InfoSource?

I registered the company and hired my first colleagues in December of 2005.

Describe your job in 3 words.

I need to take the decisions of multiple characters (HR, Strategy, Operations, Legal & Compliance), while trying to inspire our people, stay on top of latest developments and present the company to the outside world. In 3 words that would be inquiring, learning and connecting.

What do you love most about your job?

The opportunities to wear many different hats and the need to learn new skills required by our clients.

What keeps you busy when you’re not at work?

I like walking in nature, swimming, cycling, reading and soaking in one of the many thermal baths around the city. Usually, I do most of those activities alone which gives me a chance to explore my inner self, get more grounded and be able to dream.

Tell us an interesting fact about you.

I have visited more than 40 countries and have dear friends in many more. I was fortunate to experience many different cultures and have a profound interest in the human mind and national customs and beliefs. I really like skiing off-piste, scuba-diving and practising other extreme sports such as kitesurfing, but some latest developments will keep me away from those pleasures for a while 😊

What was the last book you read?

Legacy of spies by John le Carré and am currently going through The Goldfinch.

A bit bored and tired of reading self-improvement books and study literature I decided to refresh a bit with some fiction.

Coffee or Tea?

I like both depending on my mood.

Who inspires you?

Elderly people who manage to stay young end keep evolving.

Do you have a favourite quote?

Chance favours the prepared mind.

If you could learn a new skill in an instant what would it be?

Overcoming gravitation or at least an advanced Parkour.
