Chief Business Development Officer

InfoSource Bulgaria is seeking a high-performing individual to help grow our revenue and improve the quality of our business. Key requirements:

Qualifications
• MBA, MSC or equivalent experience preferred
• Excellent command of English language is an absolute must.
• 5 or more years working in Outsourcing or IT companies doing business development, digital growth or related work
• Previous experience as a Business development officer is a considered as a big advantage
• Command of Dutch and German languages is also considered as a very strong advantage!

• Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills who can dissect complex issues and make thoughtful recommendations and action plans
• Proven ability to persuade, build consensus and work on a collaborative team basis
• Exceptional analytical, communication and presentation skills
